The Van-Far Fire Protection District was recently formed to strengthen and improve the delivery of fire protection services to the greater Vandalia–Farber community.

Our firefighters are committed to providing reliable fire suppression, rescue, and emergency response services with a focus on public safety, community trust, and preparedness. Through the support of our residents and the leadership of our elected board, the district exists to ensure continued, sustainable fire protection for the community we serve.
